Bicycle Crash

It is the middle of the Novel Cornovirus outbreak in Ohio and we’re under the Stay-Home orders.  Exercise is still very important.  Lynn and I setup a basement gym using the few weights, yoga mats, and bands that we have. We do workouts in the morning and then walk together in the afternoon.

I’ve been running and biking to add some heavy cardio to the activity.  So on Saturday, I took off for a 20 mile ride.  I was about four miles into the ride, heading north on Deerfield Road near Kemper Road.  A guy driving south turned left in front of me.  I saw him coming but it was too late. I couldn’t stop in time.

I remember hitting the car but don’t remember hitting the ground.  Next thing I remember is sitting in the street saying “I think I’m OK”.  I got some road rash on my elbow and jammed by finger pretty bad.  My bike took most of the damage.
